Core modules
Compliance Manager. Previously, if you selected + Bulk Invitation on the My Invitations > Create Invitation page, and then choose Create Invitation, you were redirected on the Active Invitation page. Now you'll be redirected on the Create Invitation page instead.
Dashboard. The Display Invoice Attachments setting is now available under the Report tab in dashboard settings. You can use it, to see invoice attachments on the work order details in Dashboard 2.0.
General. We’ve enhanced the localization of reports and templates by integrating regional settings, such as decimal separators, date and time formats, currency codes, and address formats across all Service Automation modules. Reports and templates will be automatically formatted according to your regional settings, making them more accurate and easier to use.
Work Orders. Providers can now to accept or decline Open work orders in bulk. We've added the Accept and Decline buttons on the bulk action bar. Select desired work orders in the Open status and choose the action. 📞 Contact your ServiceChannel representative to enable the following functionality.
