Features and improvements

 Core modules

Analytics Standard. From now on, when providers go to Scorecard on the top navigation bar of Provider Automation, they can see this page localized based on their language settings.Analytics Standard. View benchmark metrics directly in your Repair KPI Trends charts for easy visual comparisons!  In Contractor Scorecard 2.0, the View Trends with Benchmark button is now available on the Repair KPI Trends dashboard. Select View Trends with Benchmark to see the benchmarking trendline on the Speed, Quality, Engagement, and Price (US) tabs.

Dashboard. In Dashboard 2.0, we've added the Create Linked Request button to work orders under the View Open Work Orders tab — for your convenience.

Dashboard. The Search box is now available under the Late to Arrive tab in Dashboard 2.0. Here, you can search by numbers or text.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Previously, you could successfully upload the MS Excel PM template and didn't get an error message if the ScheduleDate column was empty. Now, when the ScheduleDate column isn't filled in, you can't upload the template, and the following error message appears: Field ScheduleDate required.

Site Planning Manager. We've limited the size and specified formats for site audit attachments. The available attachment formats are:

  • Image: JPEG, JHEIC, HEIF, BMP, PNG
  • Video: MP4, MOV, HEVC
The attachment size limit is the following: image: 25 MB, video: 50 MB.

Work Orders. The tracking number link appears on the accept page after a provider accepts a work order via email. Click it to view the accepted work order instantly.

Work Orders. Upon adding a note to a work order, when you select the Action Required checkbox, the assigned provider email address will be automatically added as a recipient for the note. 📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.

Work Orders. We've made some changes to the Invoices Not Submitted for Completed WOs email alert. Now, if you have more than 20 uninvoiced work orders in the system, the list of work orders will be added as an attachment in the alert.

Bug fixes

 Core modules

Invoices. After providers created invoices, they could see that the city, state, and zip were missing from the location info. We've brought them back.

Invoices. On the invoice list view page, when you tried to select all invoices via the checkbox on the top of the page, the page was stuck on processing, and then reset the checkbox. We've fixed it, and you can select all invoices with one click.

Location & Provider Assignments. Those who have Google calendar sync with location's scheduled work orders, due to an internal issue, you didn't receive any Google calendar invites for scheduled work orders. We've fixed it.

Proposals. When you added the additional approval codes (AACs) during the approval process, the AACs didn't populate on a work order and proposal. We've tackled the issue.

Webhooks. The WorkOrderCreated webhook event was sent twice, which was wrong. No error message appeared, and the duplicate notification was sent. We've settled that matter.

Add-on modules

Enchanced Inventory Manager. The pagination was missing for parts on the Inventory > Transactions > Purchasing page. You could see only the first 10 parts. Now, the pagination is working properly if you have more than 10 parts.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. When you edited an asset on the asset details view page, the inventory part number under the Refrigerant Usage History section on the Asset History tab could be accidentally modified. The inventory part number remains unchangeable during the asset update.
