• See how your provider network’s Speed, Quality, Engagement, and Price* Scores fit into the Top, Average, Below Average, and Bottom benchmark performance tiers

• Benchmark individual performance KPIs with the overall ServiceChannel platform or with a selected industry for a more specific comparison to similar peers

• Use filters to benchmark a provider within just your own provider network

• Learn best practices for using the Benchmarking Dashboard to assess your network strength, prepare for quarterly business reviews with your providers, and understand how your costs compare to those of peers in your industry*

Quick Calculations for Easy Pre-Built Table Calculation Fields

Table calculations in Analytics empower you to create ad hoc metrics, functioning similarly to spreadsheet formulas. Quick Calculations are a set of preconfigured table calculations that can be easily added to your report in just two clicks. 

Available Quick Calculations

• Percent of column: The row value divided by the sum of values in the column

• Percent of previous: The current row’s value divided by the value of the row below

• Percent change from previous: The difference between the current row’s value and the value of the row below, divided by the value of the row below

• Rank of column: The rank of a row’s value among all values in the column

• Running total: The cumulative sum of the current row’s value and all previous row values in the column

Quick Custom Measures Based on Existing Fields

Two types of custom measures can be created for a variety of uses:

• A custom measure based on an existing dimension - when an existing measure does not exist for aggregating a dimension, it is possible to create a custom measure

• A filtered custom measure based on an existing measure

Custom Groups for Dimensions

Create ad hoc groups for your dimensions with just a few clicks:

• Assign fixed labels or names to values that match specific conditions

• Quickly add categorization or roll-up groups to existing fields, such as Interior and Exterior groups of Trades

How Has Analytics Navigation Changed?

New left-hand navigation menu

• Hide/Unhide the menu by clicking the Hamburger menu button

• Navigation links have all been consolidated to one expandable left-hand menu

• Find all of the Standard Dashboards available in your new Boards lists

• Navigate to all of the same dashboards along with your folders and favorites all together in a new condensed navigation menu

• Below Boards, your Shared Folders are also now available in fewer clicks with the expandable list

Personalize your new navigation menu to save clicks

• Create your own Boards to organize the dashboards and reports that you and your company use most

• Access your Boards in the same easy-to-use left-hand navigation as the SC Standard Boards and share your Boards with your colleagues so they can do the same

• Customize personal and/or shared Boards with quick navigation

• URL Links in Boards can navigate directly to dashboards with filters pre-selected

• All Analytics users can create Boards
