- Locate the the work order that you want to add the note to.
- Click Details, to to open the work order.
- On the Work Order screen, click one of the two Add New Work Order Note links.
- On the Add a Note screen, add your note.
- If immediate action is required, check the box next to Action Required.
- If the status of the work order needs to be changed, select a new status from the dropdown drop-down menu.
- Select the recipient(s) form the available list. , Hold the ctrl Ctrl (⌘ on macOS) or shift Shift key to select multiple recipients.
- Enter the email address of any additional recipient that should be informed.
- Click Add Note to save the note.
