title⦿ How to Add a Note to a Work Order in Dashboard 2.0
  1. Locate the the work order that you want to add the note to.
  2. Click Details, to  to open the work order.
  3. On the Work Order screen, click one of the two Add New Work Order Note links.
  4. On the Add a Note screen, add your note.
  5. If immediate action is required, check the box next to Action Required. 
  6. If the status of the work order needs to be changed, select a new status from the dropdown drop-down menu.
  7. Select the recipient(s) form the available list. , Hold the ctrl Ctrl (⌘ on macOS) or shift Shift key to select multiple recipients.
  8. Enter the email address of any additional recipient that should be informed.
  9. Click Add Note to save the note.
