Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. Right in the process of creating a new store transfer, you can now select the trade for the work order that will be associated with that transfer. The Require Trade Selection checkbox is now available under the Rules tab on the Inventory Administration page. If you select this checkbox, you'll be required to choose any trade that will be assigned to a new work order for a store transfer, regardless of what trades are configured according to the rules.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Asset Manager. The asset repair status wasn't shown in the exported MS Excel report, the Status column was empty. We've tackled the issue.

Dashboard. In some cases, if you answered No to the "Is the work complete and to specification?" question and submitted the review, the WO's status didn't change to In Progress/Unsatisfactory as it should. We've pinpointed the issue and taken care of it.

Planned Maintenance Manager. If the PM template has blank columns or wrong column headers, you will not be able to upload it. Instead, the error message will appear so that you could make the corrections and re-upload the template.

Provider Directory. As providers might have noticed, expired invitations appeared in the Open Invite status on the Active Invitations page. We've handled that matter, and now expired invitations are displayed on the Invitation History page in the Expired status.

Work Orders. If you posted a WO note with attachments in the German version of ServiceChannel, the attached files were inaccessible via the new WO note email. The issue has been cleaned up.

Work Orders. Notes about new attachments added via the Add Attachment button on the work order details page were displayed in a language different from that selected by default. We've done away with the issue.
