- New Table RefrigerantTypes: The table includes refrigerant type information for refrigeration leak records in the AssetRefrigerantLeak table.
- New Column in TechniciansRefrigerantCertifications: A new column will be added to provide Technician Certification Level.

- Remove Tables technician and technicians: These tables are currently empty and will not be part of the daily refresh. Hence, we are removing these tables from the DD feed. Internal technicians data is already included in the "users" table.
- Alter Datatype for Providers.city and Providers.address : Current varchar data type is unable to support international charactercharacters. Hence, we are altering the datatype to nvarchar.
