Core modules
Admin. Previously, when a provider entered a user's phone number in the User Management module of Provider Automation, the number was automatically adjusted to the US format. We're going global, and we've ditched this setting so that providers can enter their local phone numbers.

Bug fixes
Core modules
Work Orders. There was an issue with the low performance of the work order reassigning process. It took longer than before. We tackled the issue.
Compliance Manager. In some cases, the Rate Type section of a rate card didn't display additional info, though it was populated by the provider who submitted the card. We've figured this out, and now the additional info is back.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. There was an issue with the Dashboard Association Location Note Header. It was ignored during the work order creation in ServiceNow. We tackled the issue. If a valid dashboard title is entered, this dashboard becomes the default dashboard for that location.
