In the left navigation menu of every client requirements page you will have the option to click on Payment Terms, Client Agreements and Search Statistics. Payment Terms and Client Agreements will be blank unless a client populates this information for your account.


Viewing Payment Terms

Clients may choose to load applicable Payment Terms into ServiceChannel. Should your client do this you can view this information here.

  1. From the top navigation bar, click Clients. The Clients page appears.
  2. Click Continue next to the desired client. The Clients page for the applicable client appears.
  3. In the left navigation bar, click Payment Terms. The Payment Terms page appears.

Viewing Client Agreements

Clients may choose to load applicable Agreements into ServiceChannel. Should your client do this you can view this information here.

  1. From the top navigation bar, click Clients. The Clients page appears.
  2. Click Continue next to the desired client. The Clients page for the applicable client appears.
  3. In the left navigation bar, click Client Agreements. The Client Agreements page appears.

Viewing Search Statistics

You can review how many times your profile has come up in a contractor search and once it has come up in a search how many times it has been clicked on and viewed.

You may display up to 50 results at a time.

When viewing the searched tab you can sort by Requestor’s name, trade, and type.

When viewing the clicked tab you can sort by Requestor’s name, type and click count.
