Work Orders. FTM internal techs no longer have to complete a checklist upon logging the time spent on the “Travel” and “Admin” activities. For the “Repair” activity, however, both external and internal techs are prompted to answer checklist questions when they start tracking the time, or when they stop it — in case they skipped this step before.
