The Inventory module houses all of your locations that have inventory. These are locations that you flagged as “Inventory Location” on the location details page in the Locations & Provider Assignments section and that already have items in stock.

The Locations tab displays only those inventory locations that already have items in stock. Therefore, after you’ve created inventory locations in the Locations & Provider Assignments section, your next step is to load inventory to these locations via Inventory Manager. |
When on the Locations tab, you can view inventory locations either in the list or detailed view.
Locations List View
The list view provides an overview of each inventory location, including the following information:
- Location number
- Location name
Location type
Info The location type is also represented by an icon next to the location number.
Number of parts on hand at each location
Info Downward arrow ↓ next to the number indicates that the location has parts that go below the on-hand quantities.
