The Details Tab provides location and frequency details. Details goes down to the work order level to provide work order creation, schedule and expiration date, along with NTE and work order service window. Here, you can view all expected planned maintenance work orders from today to 3 months in the future (by default) or by the criteria set in the all-inclusive filters along the top of the report.
You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

PM ServiceID: Service ID is found in Caller field, which can be used Used instead of the tracking number each time when contractors use either the ServiceChannel Provider Mobile app or the IVR or GPS to check in and check out.
