The Details Tab provides location and frequency details.  Details goes down to the work order level to provide work order creation, schedule and expiration date, along with NTE and work order service window. Here, you can view all expected planned maintenance work orders from today to 3 months in the future (by default) or by the criteria set in the all-inclusive filters along the top of the report.

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

    Info

    Service ID is found in “Caller” field which can be used instead of the tracking number each time contractors use the IVR or GPS to check in and check out. The Service ID will not change and is beneficial if several work orders are dispatched on weekly or monthly basis for the same trade and location.  This alleviates contractors need to utilize a new tracking number every time they enter a location
