The Summary Tab summarizes the total number of future planned maintenance work orders expected (Anticipated WOs)Daily WOs Per Week, Number of Weekly WOs Per Month, and Number of Monthly WOs Per Year provide the details regarding what's shown in the column FrequencyHere, you can view all expected planned maintenance work orders from today to 3 months in the future (by default) or by the criteria set in the all-inclusive filters along the top of the report.

You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Data in the Visualization

The following data is listed in the report, sortable by these column headers:

  • PM ServiceID 

    Info

    Service ID is found in the Caller field, which can be used instead of the tracking number each time contractors use the IVR or GPS to check in and check out. The Service ID will not change and is beneficial if several work orders are dispatched on either a weekly or monthly basis for the same trade and location.  This alleviates contractors need to utilize a new tracking number every time they enter a location
